The Business Product Council Association (BPCA) Board of Directors is led by a dedicated team of Owners / Principals committed to advancing the organization’s mission. The BPCA is governed by a set of By-Laws which are reviewed on a consistent basis in order align with industry trends and practices. The BPCA Board of Directors are chartered with the overall direction of the Association, having a Fiduciary responsibility, while working on behalf of its members. Sharing of Best Practices, Innovation, Collaboration and Excellence (business practices / results) is the continued goal for Board Members throughout the BPCA community.
Jim Kreikemeier

Jim Kreikemeier is President and owner of Capital Business Systems, a 42-year-old company with locations in Colorado, Nebraska, Wyoming, and New Mexico. He has held various leadership roles within the company with the past 27 years as its President and CEO. Capital Business Systems has been primarily focused in the imaging business partnering with industry leading companies and has diversified with a growing solutions and Managed Network service business.
Larry DeFoor

Larry DeFoor, President and Owner of CFX, was born and raised in Georgia and earned two degrees from The University of Georgia. In 1978, he began his career in the office equipment industry as a sales representative with a South Florida dealer. He remained with that company in management positions until 1990, when he founded CopyFax, now known as CFX Office Technology, in Jacksonville. Today, CFX has additional offices in Gainesville and Daytona Beach.
Kevin McCarthy

Kevin P. McCarthy, President & Chief Executive Officer, Modern Office Methods (MOM). A 1979 graduate of Miami University, Kevin began his career with a sales position in Seattle, Washington working for Duriron Corporation. CEO. Under Kevin's leadership, MOM has experienced significant growth, becoming one of the top office technology dealerships in the U.S. MOM has garnered multiple national awards in the areas of sales and service including HP's Partner of the Year in 2022. Kevin is most proud of his employees and their unwavering commitment to MOM's clients and unparalleled client service and support.

Greg Conroy is the President of OMNI Business Solutions, a company he founded in 2016. Greg began his career in 1996 as a sales representative for IKON Office Solutions, where he quickly established himself as a top performer. His success in sales led him to transition into sales management in 2009. With a deep understanding of the industry and a passion for innovation, Greg founded OMNI Business Solutions, focusing on providing cutting-edge business solutions. He also plays an active role in shaping the industry's future as a board member for Business Products Council Association (BPCA) and the National Dealer Council for Ricoh Americas.
Kecia Caughey

Kecia Caughey, General Manager, is a seasoned veteran for South Coast Copy Systems with over 30 years of experience leading teams and driving operational success in the office equipment industry. Kecia started as a down the street salesperson before being promoted to Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, VP of Sales and now General Manager. Kecia is known for her strong work ethic, consistently clear communications, and fostering a culture of excellence. Additionally, Kecia's expertise includes strategic planning, operational efficiencies, and developing relationships both internally and externally.
